For candidates
Support at every step of a job search
Career planning, application materials, interview practice and practical search support — delivered online, working with job seekers across Europe.
Whatever stage you are at, the starting point is the same: an honest look at where you are now, what you have done, and what you want next. From there we work through the four services below, in whatever order makes sense for you.
We do not sell a fixed package, we do not submit applications on your behalf, and we cannot promise an interview or an offer. What we do is prepare you properly and stay involved until you have somewhere to take it.

Career planning
We start with a structured conversation about your experience, qualifications, constraints and ambitions. The output is a written summary of the directions worth pursuing and the ones that are not.
This is useful if you are changing sector, returning after a break, moving country within Europe, or simply stuck about what to do with the experience you already have.
- Review of your existing experience and qualifications
- A shortlist of realistic directions with reasons
- Priorities and a suggested order of work
- Honest feedback on gaps and how to close them

CV and application reviews
We review your CV and application materials line by line, then rewrite them with you rather than for you. The aim is a document that is accurate, clear and readable by a hiring manager in under a minute.
This is a review and editing service. It is not a ghostwriting service: everything on the page stays true to what you have actually done, because that is the only version that survives an interview.
- Section-by-section review with comments
- Rewriting of structure, ordering and wording
- One tailored version per application where needed
- Short covering-letter and profile support

Interview preparation
We work through the formats you are likely to meet — screening calls, competency interviews, panel presentations, technical or case stages — and practice them with you.
Sessions are held online. You get specific feedback on the answers themselves, on structure, and on how you come across, plus a written set of points to work on.
- Practice interviews matched to the role and sector
- Question sets and answer structures to prepare from
- Feedback on content, structure and delivery
- Preparation for salary and notice-period conversations

Job search guidance and matching
We help you search properly rather than broadly: where to look, how to approach it, and which applications are worth the effort. Where a role or employer suits your profile, we can make an introduction.
We do not maintain a public vacancy board and we do not claim to have a stock of open roles. Matching here means targeted assistance and, where we can, a direct introduction.
- Search strategy and target list building
- Review of how your applications are performing
- Introductions where a role genuinely fits
- Support through to offer stage and negotiation
