Who we are
D & P Consulting Limited (Company No. 16205623) provides employment placement and career advisory services. For anything on this page you can contact us at service@dpjobconsulting.services.
What we collect
When you submit the form on this site we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, optional telephone number, whether you are a job seeker or an employer, the country you are based in, the area you would like help with, and anything you write in the message field.
If you email or telephone us, we keep the correspondence. If we go on to work together, we hold the documents you send us, such as a CV or a role description.
We do not run analytics, advertising or social media pixels on this site, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and take the next step with you.
To provide the service you have asked for, which may include sharing relevant details with a prospective employer or candidate where you have asked us to.
To keep a record of the work for accounting and legal purposes.
Legal basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you. Where we provide services, we process the data needed to perform the agreement with you. We keep records we are required to keep by law.
Sharing
We share information with a prospective employer or candidate only where that is the purpose of the work you asked us to do and you have agreed to it. We use an email service and a document storage provider to run our business; they process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it on for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 12 months, then deleted.
Client records: for the period we are working together, then for as long as we are required to keep them for tax and legal purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Write to service@dpjobconsulting.services and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the data protection authority in your country of residence.
