For employers

Hiring support that fits around your team

Recruitment planning, candidate sourcing, applicant screening and interview coordination — as a standalone piece of work or alongside what you already do.

We work with businesses that need to fill a role but do not have a recruitment function, and with teams that need extra capacity on a particular search.

We are not a volume agency. We do not send speculative CVs, we do not advertise roles we have not agreed with you, and we do not guarantee a hire — what we guarantee is the work described below.

01

Recruitment planning

Before anything is advertised we agree what the role actually is: the responsibilities, the must-haves and the nice-to-haves, the level, the salary band and the timeline.

Getting this right first is the cheapest thing you can do in a hiring process, and it is where most searches go wrong.

  • Role definition and requirements agreed in writing
  • Salary band and level benchmarking input
  • Timeline, decision stages and owner for each
  • Advice on structuring the process around your team

Candidate sourcing

We search for people with the background you actually need, including people who are not currently looking. That means approaching candidates directly rather than waiting for applications.

You receive a short, explained list — who they are, why they fit and what would make them move — not a dump of CVs.

  • Direct search and approach to suitable candidates
  • A shortlist with a written rationale for each
  • Market feedback on how realistic the brief is
  • Support with the first approach and follow-up

Applicant screening

If you advertise the role yourself, we can handle what comes in: reading and shortlisting applications, running first conversations against your criteria, and telling you clearly who is worth meeting.

You only spend interview time on relevant people, and every decision is documented so you can see the reasoning.

  • Application review against agreed criteria
  • Structured first-stage conversations
  • A ranked shortlist with written reasoning
  • Clear feedback for candidates who are not progressed

Interview coordination

Once you have your shortlist we can run the interview stage end to end: scheduling, formats, packs for interviewers, candidate briefing and the feedback loop afterwards.

That includes the part most teams find hardest — keeping candidates informed and keeping the process to the agreed timeline.

  • Scheduling across candidates and interviewers
  • Interview formats, question sets and interviewer packs
  • Candidate briefing and logistics
  • Feedback collection and offer-stage support
